Growing up, I have always felt a strong desire to make a positive change in the world, but I wasn't quite sure what that change would be. However, as I experienced the effects of cancer in my family, I realised that my passion lies in making a difference in the lives of others. Seeing my loved ones go through the pain and suffering that comes with cancer was a wake-up call for me. It made me realise that life is precious, and we should do all we can to make the most of it.
That experience has shaped my worldview and my approach to life. It has made me more empathetic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. I believe that everyone has the power to make a difference, no matter how small it may seem. And I am committed to doing my part to create a better world for all of us.
Through my work in the agency industry, I have learned that providing personalised service and building strong client relationships is crucial for success. I have seen firsthand how agencies that prioritise quantity over quality often end up sacrificing the quality of their work and their client relationships in the long run. This approach not only harms the agency's reputation but also undermines its ability to make a positive impact on the world.
That is why I am passionate about creating an agency culture that values quality over quantity and builds strong client relationships. To achieve this, I have developed a step-by-step approach that I believe can make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Once a client comes on board, we schedule a plan call to discuss their specific needs and goals and outline a customised plan for how we can help achieve them. Our onboarding funnel, which includes a questionnaire, contract, and payment process, helps streamline the onboarding process and ensure that all necessary information is collected in a timely and efficient manner.
From there, we develop a strategy plan through a strategy call with the client, outlining specific tasks, timelines, and metrics for success. To ensure that each client receives the attention and care they deserve, we assign a dedicated employee to a maximum of 5 clients who will serve as their primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
We regularly check in with our clients to see how they're doing and if they have any questions or concerns. This demonstrates our commitment to providing personalised service and building strong client relationships. Moreover, by prioritising quality when it comes to client work, we ensure that each client receives the attention and care they deserve.
To continuously improve our services, we regularly solicit feedback from our clients and identify areas for improvement. We also look for ways to add value, such as providing additional services or resources that can help them achieve their goals. This demonstrates our expertise and dedication to our clients' success.
